When you use our GPA or CGPA calculators, the grades and credits you enter are processed entirely in your browser. This data is not transmitted to our servers and is not stored anywhere. When you close or refresh the page, your inputs are gone. We have no record of what grades or CGPA results any individual user calculated.
When you visit our site, our server and analytics tools automatically collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages visited on our site, time and date of your visit, and time spent on individual pages. This data is used in aggregate to understand how our site is used, which calculators are most popular, and where we should focus our development efforts.
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message content you submit. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not shared with third parties and is not used for marketing. We retain contact form submissions for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for reference.

Our calculators are used by university students who are generally 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. We will acknowledge grievance submissions within 3 business days and resolve them within 30 days as required by applicable law.
If you are a student using our calculators and you want to know the bottom line on privacy: your grades stay on your device. We never see what CGPA you calculated. The only way we receive any personal information from you is if you fill out our contact form. Analytics tools see that someone from your city visited our site and used a particular calculator — they do not know who you are, what grades you entered, or what result you got.
This is the design we chose deliberately. Student academic performance is sensitive data. We have no business need to store your grades — our calculators work entirely client-side, and we gain nothing from knowing your individual CGPA. Building the calculator this way — with no server-side grade processing — means we cannot have a data breach of student academic records, because we simply don’t have any student academic records to breach.
We want to be honest about how advertising works on our site. When you visit a page that has Google AdSense advertisements, Google’s advertising systems look at factors including your browsing history, your location, and the content of the page you are visiting to decide which advertisement to show you. This is interest-based advertising. The grades you enter in our calculators are not used for advertising — they never leave your browser. But your visit to a CGPA calculator page may be used by Google’s systems to infer that you are a student, which might influence what types of advertisements you see.
